GMC Canadian Championships

Preamble

The GMC Canadian Championships is the show case event for Junior and Senior level athletes from across Canada. The participants compete, not only against their peers, but also against members of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team (CAST). The GMC Canadian Championship event is made up of competitions from all five alpine disciplines (DH, SG, GS, SC and SL) and a Provincial Dual Race.

The GMC Overall Champions are decided when point calculations are totaled throughout the GMC Cup series and Canadian Championships. These two athletes are crowned Overall Champions for the following season and are awarded $5,000 each for their season long success.
