Calendar Changes
Our aim is to have a finalized calendar prior to June 7th so that we may meet the June 15th FIS deadline.
It is an ACA goal to greatly reduce the number of calendar changes done throughout the year, we do however understand that sometimes they are inevitable. All changes are to be submitted to Director, National Programs and Race Events, Philippe Bernier at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . He will ensure appropriate approval is obtained and that the changes are communicated to the FIS for publication on the FIS site. Corresponding charges will be billed to the PSO.
Any change to the FIS Race Schedule for the 09/10 season must abide by the following procedure:

Payment of FIS Calendar Fees
The Canadian Ski & Snowboard Association (CSSA) revised their policy for payment of FIS Calendar fees at the Board meeting of June 17, 2004. Effective immediately, each CSSA discipline will be invoiced following the FIS Calendar deadline and will be required to submit payment within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, the CSSA will strike the event from the FIS Calendar. Alpine Canada Alpin will invoice each PSO for the FIS calendared events in each provincial jurisdiction and as per CSSA policy, payment is due upon receipt of invoice to ensure races remain on the calendar.
