The GMC Cup is a national race series for FIS level athletes to gain valuable race experience in the four alpine disciplines, downhill, super-g, giant slalom, and slalom. The GMC Cup series allows athletes to train and compete both mentally and physically as they prepare for national and international FIS level racing.
The GMC Overall Champions are decided when point calculations are totaled throughout the GMC Cup series and GMC Canadian Championships. These two athletes are crowned Overall Champions for the following season and are awarded $5,000 each for their season long success.
